This form is for non emergency, traffic questions or concerns. Traffic related questions and concerns will be reviewed by the Traffic Safety Committee at their monthly meeting and a member of the City of Lincoln Engineering Department will be in touch with you following the next meeting.

This form does not take the place of a police report, does not meet reporting requirements, and is used for general information requests only. For any other incident, contact Lincoln Police Dispatch at 916-645-4040 or 911 if it’s an emergency.
